Bus
From Bilbao:
Take a the bus from the airport to Bilbao Intermodal (https://www.bizkaia.eus/es/web/bizkaibus) where you will catch a bus to Cosio (https://www.alsa.es). Please note there are limited buses to Cosio. From Cosio you will either hike the 5km uphill to Garabandal or call a taxi (MARTA COSIO : TF: +34 619946278 – Email: marta.cosio@hotmail.com) to take you to Garabandal.
From Santander:
Take a the bus from the Santander to Cosio (https://www.alsa.es). Please note there are limited buses to Cosio. From Cosio you will either hike the 5km uphill to Garabandal or call a taxi (MARTA COSIO : TF: +34 619946278 – Email: marta.cosio@hotmail.com) to take you to Garabandal.
Alternative:
If you cannot get the bus to Cosio try Cabezon de la Sal or San Vincente de Barquera and get a taxi from either of these locations.
